I recommend to activate the guide for this request to make it easier to find. I recommend to use fast travel to speed up this process greatly. Talk to Tomma at the infirmary and she will give you the Special Medicine. Now you can return to Martia at the Diamond Camp and present her the medicine to complete the request.
