As surprising as it may seem, we are 6 weeks into the 2021 NFL season. It feels like opening day was only a week ago. Today's video will look at the NFL standings through week 6 of the season. ~~~~~~~ AFC West 0:21 Los Angeles (0:37) may have suffered a bad loss in week 6, but Justin Herbert is proving that the sophomore slump will not effect him...Las Vegas (1:06) continues to defy the odds, and, despite the bad situation wit their now former coach, they continue to look towards the postseason...Denver (1:45) has a strong offense and has talent on their defense, and I am beginning to realize that I underestimated them...Kansas City (2:24) is better than their record indicates, but the fact that they are in last in the middle of October is a little concerning. ~~~~~~~ AFC South 3:08 Tennessee (3:21) is being carried by an MVP season from Derrick Henry, as he is currently on pace to set multiple NFL records...Indianapolis (3:55) cannot catch a break with these injuries, but at least T.Y. Hilton is back, and Carson Wentz is coming off of a good game...Houston (4:33) definitely misses Deshaun Watson, and even Tyrod Taylor, but they are playing competitive football...Jacksonville (5:13) earned their first win since week 1 of the 2020 season, meaning they will NOT break an NFL record, but they should not be celebrating. ~~~~~~~ AFC North 6:00 Baltimore (6:09) now owns the AFC North, and Lamar Jackson looks like the best QB in the division...Cincinnati (6:58) has an amazing QB of their own, as Joe Burrow continues to distance himself from that torn ACL...Cleveland (7:44) has massive upside, but they cannot seem to stay healthy, as now Baker Mayfield is going to need surgery after the season...Pittsburgh (8:32) needs to cut ties with Roethlisberger. ~~~~~~~ AFC East 9:13 Buffalo (9:23) clearly runs the AFC East, and they looked primed to continue to do so for years to come...New England (10:00) is not the Patriots of the Brady era, but at least Mac Jones is a better scheme fit than Cam Newton was...New York (10:50) upset the Titans in overtime week 5, and will look to continue their momentum coming off of a bye...Miami (11:28) is having a bad year, but at least Tua is back. ~~~~~~~ NFC West 12:13 Arizona (12:27) is the last remaining undefeated team in the NFL, and they have played the part, dismantling the Rams earlier...Los Angeles (13:34) has had one of the better offenses in the league, leading many to wonder what would've happened if Stafford was on a competent team for his prime...San Francisco (14:23) has seen both of their QBs deal with various injuries, but at least the defense has played solid...Seattle (14:55) is playing without Russell Wilson for the first time since they drafted him in 2012. ~~~~~~~ NFC South 15:38 Tampa Bay (15:47) is running away with the division, but they still have problems at CB...New Orleans (16:21) definitely misses Drew Brees, but Jameis Winston is playing well...Carolina (16:48) misses Christian McCaffrey, there is no denying that...Atlanta (17:18) has had a rough year, excluding Calvin Ridley, and a strong week 5 from Kyle Pitts. ~~~~~~~ NFC North 17:53 Green Bay (18:05) has been on a roll lately, as they have won 5 straight games, as it seems like Aaron Rodgers wants another ring...Minnesota (18:56) could be 5-1, were it not for some bad luck and missed field goals, but Kirk Cousins is not the long term answer at QB...Chicago (19:20) has had to start Justin Fields quicker than anticipated, but he has played well...Detroit (20:01) is the NFL's last winless team, although you cannot blame Dan Campbell for not trying. ~~~~~~~ NFC East 20:38 Dallas (20:49) is the best team in the NFC East, led by elite QB Dak Prescott, but can he stay healthy...Washington (21:26) has seen solid play from their offense, but their defense has seemingly fallen off of a cliff...Philadelphia (21:54) has its moments, but the offense needs a new QB in order to succeed...New York (22:36) has dealt with a ton of injuries in the WR room, and on defense, and they were not even that good to start off the season. ~~~~~~~ Conclusion 23:12
