Urinating several times at night is caused by a condition where you could not eliminate all the urine, and the muscle tone of the bladder is not fully contracting. It’s a problem with the nerve that connects to the muscle. It’s a problem with the sympathetic nervous system. This is called sympathetic dominance. This is caused by too much insulin.   Symptoms of sympathetic dominance: • Difficulty urinating  • Straining to urinate  • Incomplete elimination of urine  • Dribbling  What to do: • Lower insulin (do healthy keto and intermittent fasting)  Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 56, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting.
