🕋 16 Blessed Days | DAY 4 | HAJJ 2026 | Journey to Makkah 🚝 Ep - 5 Today was one of the most emotional, challenging, and spiritually powerful days of my Hajj journey as we left the blessed city of Madinah and traveled toward Makkah Mukarramah, the sacred city and home of the Kaaba. My day began with Tahajjud and Fajr at Masjid an-Nabawi, a truly unforgettable experience. After Fajr, I returned to the hotel for breakfast and prepared for the next major stage of the pilgrimage. I put on my Ihram, prepared my belongings, and joined the other Hajj pilgrims as we traveled to Madinah Train Station. At around 10:30 AM, we boarded the high-speed train from Madinah to Makkah. As we approached the Miqat, the designated boundary for entering Ihram, we made our niyyah (intention) and entered the sacred state of Ihram for our pilgrimage. After arriving in Makkah, we checked into our hotel in Aziziyah. There was little time to rest because our hearts were eager to reach Masjid al-Haram and see the Kaaba. During Hajj season, transportation can become extremely difficult because of the enormous number of pilgrims. As a result, much of our journey toward Masjid al-Haram had to be completed on foot. We walked approximately six miles through the crowded streets of Makkah. Finally, after a long and exhausting walk, I reached the Kaaba. 🕋❤️ The moment I saw the Kaaba, all the exhaustion and difficulty seemed worth it. Standing before the Sacred House of Allah was an emotional and unforgettable experience. I then performed Tawaf around the Kaaba, followed by Sa'i between Safa and Marwah. After completing the required rites and having my hair cut, I completed my Umrah. By the end of this incredible day, I had walked approximately 26,000 steps. My body was exhausted, but my heart was filled with gratitude and peace. After returning to the hotel, I finally had the opportunity to take a much-needed shower and rest briefly. But the journey was not over. There was barely any time to recover because we soon had to prepare for the next important stage of Hajj 2026 — Mina. ⛺ This day reminded me that Hajj is much more than a physical journey. It is a journey of faith, worship, patience, endurance, sacrifice, humility, and gratitude. Every difficult step has meaning when it is taken for the sake of Allah.
