E-40 called me up and asked me to try out some of the tracks from the new "Turning my money over" quadruple album he just dropped. He said "can you do one of those hairtrick things on video for me?" Of course, I didn't have any way to do that at the moment as I was by myself. But a quick phone call to my bro Bobby Gately and within 15 minutes we arranged something at his place. He said the "Demolishion" Yukon XL they built recently was nearby and available. I have been waiting to demo that system so this worked out perfect! There is 40 songs total. I went through them all and picked out some of my favorite "slappers". I told them to find some that play well in the Yukon and I would be heading over. It looks like we agree'd on some of the choices! Of course I couldn't play them all but I did get a few in and they are NASTY! 12 15" Gately Audio subs in a fully caged 6th order wall on 90,000 watts total system power. How can it not be? Especially a Gately build. Sometimes I get to contribute with some of my laser work and also our SMD fuse blocks & distro bars. The steel cage "exoskeleton" was laser cut at SMD HQ for the build.
