In a bowl, add in the softened butter and sugar. Whisk it well till it turns pale and fluffy. This process is known as creaming. 2. Once done, mix in the atta and cornflour. Bring the dough together. 3. ⁠Add in the milk and mix well to form a smooth pipeable batter. 4. ⁠Preheat your kadhai. Add in salt in the base and place a stand over it. Cover with a lid. 5. ⁠Transfer the cookie dough in a piping bag fitted with a nozzle. 6. ⁠Pipe the cookies onto a metal plate lined with parchment paper and make an indent in the centre of the cookie with the pad of your thumb. 7. ⁠Fill a piping bag with jam and pipe the jam in the indent. 8. ⁠Place the metal plate on top of the stand.
