I of course own nothing and will remove if Laurie and/or the Hendrix heirs object to its use here. Footage by PBS. Laurie says: "I was never a fan at the time. I thought, you know, like back -- the clothes, the fringe. When I heard about the project I thought, well, you now what That's cool. But I just don't know what his music is like or about. You know? It went past me the first time. But then, it wasn't just the hooky melody and the vocal stuff, it was all the landscaping he's doing in the song.
