In this video I tell you the how to get someone to join you on camera in your video – and still keep your viewer engaged. 3 easy rules for you. I'm Elisabeth from Top of Mind video marketing. In a world of invisible entrepreneurs, your own smartphone is enough to give yourself a stage - right in front of the people you want to reach.  [Subscribe to this channel as I help you make your business visible to your future client]  [Link with me here on LinkedIn because I help you make your business visible to your future client] This is a classic: 2 people in the picture, without prior arrangements , is super uncomfortable, for your guest, for you and for the viewer. That viewer gets completely distracted: who is he supposed to be looking at. Of course, it's fun to involve people in your video at an event, or a party, or a training like here. Get someone else to do the talking, to share a great story or give an opinion. Good for a change and very entertaining. But this can go wrong as well. Because: how uncomfortable is it when there are two people standing next to each other who don't know where to look. It kind of kills the atmosphere. I'll give you 3 rules that will make it easy for you to bring someone into the picture in your own video - without it looking uncomfortable. 1. Ask first if it's okay Leonardo, I'm going to stop by with the camera and ask you a question, is that ok? ' 2. Tell your guest where to look (at you) "You don't have to look into the camera, just look at me when you anwer my question." 3. Ask a maximum of 1 question and then move on. "So then I'll stand next to you and I'll ask you what you think of the workshop, ok?" And so then it's not like this, it's like this. (Leo kijkt in de cam en Leo kijk naar mij) If you want a longer conversation, ask more questions, then you approach this differently. I will explain how to do that in another video. Do you ever involve other people in your videos? Let me know in the comments, and watch this video if you have any doubts whether it's really a good idea.
