These too-pretty-to-eat little fruit sculptures are called "Look Choop" and they are traditional Thai sweet treats that are made from mung beans and coconut milk, glazed in shiny agar agar jelly. Not gonna lie these are a LOT of work, but the end result is worthwhile, and it can be a fun family activity if you've got kids! I used to make these with my mom when I was a kid and absolutely enjoyed the process and the end result. They also make great edible gifts! Vegan and gluten free, as many Thai desserts are :) #āļĨāļđāļāļŠāļļāļš Want pretty fruit desserts without a lot of work?
