In ancient time there were many extremely bad rituals were in practice. One of them was Breast Tax, In Kerela's Travankor in 18th century women belonging to lower heirarchical caste system had no right to hide their breast and if they want to do so they would have to give tax for it. One of the woman of the tribe named Nangeli was opposing this rule and decide to revolt against it. The person came to collect tax asked her to pay the tax but instead she cut his breasts of his body and handed them to the officer and because of extreme blood loss the lady died.
