Yesterday i covered a situation involving ai and kit from gameoverse. Since then the situation has somehow got worse, let’s talk about it. So as i explained in my first video, there’s a few profiles that just upload ai generated animations of kit from gameoverse. They try and market their animation services so you too can pay to ai generate stuff. First up the owner made a response and it’s probably the worst response i’ve seen yet. I’ll roll a clip. So obviously this is just a bizarre choice. People are rightfully upset about them using ai to generate animations. They ai generate this smug character in an office building with sunglasses to act nonchalant, it comes across as super egotistical. My friend tactic covered the situation too, so they fed his sona into their ai to display it on his phone. It just proves they’ll yoink everyone’s stuff. As people noticed and brought up, they started removing comments mentioning AI. In that response they say it’s because it harms engagement but actually it would be the opposite. They’re just removing these to try and hide criticism. Over on discord they posted a few more responses So obviously these replies don’t make much sense. On their site they’re using these animations along with one thats just kit in a ninja outfit and it refers to her by name. Like you can’t just paint a character blue and say it’s your own oc or call her kat instead of kit. The last comment feels like they know what they’re doing is wrong and glitch won’t like it, but they gloat saying no one can stop them and they’re going to evolve. Just really odd behaviour. So obviously don’t harass anyone mentioned in this video, but this is probably the last i’ll talk about this situation. If you have any thoughts let me know in the comments down below.
