I hope we would have made her proud!!! ⭐️ Ingredients: 1 package of crushed vanilla wafers 2 sticks of butter 1 can 20oz crushed pineapple 1 package of cream cheese 2 cups of powdered sugar 1/2 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips 1 + 1/2 cup of evaporated milk 2-3 bananas 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 1 pint of frozen cool whip 1/2 cup of chopped pecans 1 jar of maraschino cherries 9X13 casserole dish ⭐️ Directions: Mix 1/2 cup melted butter with vanilla wafers to make a crust- push down on bottom of casserole dish Slice some of the bananas and put on top of the crust, pour lemon juice on top of bananas- save some bananas for later Combine 1/4 cup of softened butter and 2/3rds of the can of pineapple with softened cream cheese- put overtop of bananas Combine 1/2 stick of butter, 2 cups powdered sugar, 1 + 1/2 cups of evaporated milk, and 1/2 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips together in a saucepan- heat on low, stir frequently until a sauce is formed- let the chocolate sauce cool so it is not too hot and then pour it over the cream cheese mixture Put cool whip over top Put pecans, cherries, and the rest of the pineapple over top of the cool whip and refrigerate Desert must be served cool- let it cool for at least a few hours #joshsmom #joshandmomma #easydessert #bananasplit #bananarecipe
