WE ARE IN BALI! Finally we are here in Bali to enjoy our first episode of holiday! Our first food in Bali was this amazing place called "Sate babi bawah pohon", or " under the tree pork skewers". This place is so full and the line up is nuts. When i eat the satay i know why people are willing to line up. The price is crazy, ($1.5 per postion). The meat was so juicy and tender, with some brown palm sugar glaze on the outer parts of the meat. The blood satays was amazing too, with a very smoky flavour to it. The tuna meat / pepes tuna was okay. Decent flavour, but the main thing is the satays guys! This place will be my hit list the next time i go to Bali again! BALI ! Akhirnya kita berada di Bali untuk menikmati episode pertama kami saat liburan ! Makanan pertama kami di Bali adalah tempat yang enak banget namanya disebut " Sate babi Bawah pohon ". Tempat ini begitu ramai, dan antriannya luar biasa . Tapi ketika saya coba satenya saya jadi ngerti mengapa orang bersedia untuk berbaris panjang. harganya gila , rp 20.000 ($ 1.5 per posisi ) . Dagingnya sangat juicy dan lembut , dengan olesan glaze gula merah/ aren di bagian luar daging . Sate darah menakjubkan juga rasanya , dengan rasa yang sangat berasap dan tektur yang kayak pudding. Daging tuna / pepes tuna baik-baik saja . rasa yang solid , tetapi hal utama disini adalah satenya guys! Tempat ini akan menjadi incaran saya waktu berikutnya kita pergi ke Bali lagi !
