Content creator Gabe Tam joins Elliot on First Last Next to talk intentional builds, the Glock Gen 6, going deep on 10/22s, and why customizing guns is just car culture pointed at a different subject. Gabe Tam, better known as @tamfamgram, was one of the first true content creators Silencer Shop ever worked with, and that partnership helped change how we think about working with creators. He is out of the Pacific Northwest and he is relentlessly intentional. He mood boards a build in full before he buys a single part, whether it is a pistol, a car, or his living room. He got into guns about a decade ago after his parents’ house was broken into, found custom slide work right as Instagram and the custom Glock scene were taking off, and has been modifying things ever since. Today he partners with Savior Equipment and only puts his name on products he would actually use. Elliot and Gabe get into the 40 cal Glock he found on Craigslist, the HK P30 that showed him there were tiers of quality, why people still sleep on the Smith & Wesson Shield, and the Glock Gen 6 he bought the week it dropped. They also cover his 10/22 obsession, what the end of the tax stamp does to the 22 market, and the car builds that gave him the modification bug in the first place. In this episode: ✔ Getting into guns after his parents’ house was broken into ✔ Why he mood boards a whole build before buying a single part ✔ Finding custom slide work when custom Glocks were brand new ✔ The Glock Gen 6 and the one thing he would still change ✔ Why 10/22 builds should be the next 2011 world ✔ The Savior Equipment partnership and a new color on the way First gun: full-size 40 cal Glock off Craigslist (second was an HK P30) | Last gun: Glock Gen 6 | Next gun: more 10/22 builds Follow Gabe Tam / TAMFAM: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/tamfamgram/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@TAMFAMGRAM X: https://x.com/tamfamgram Website: https://tamfamgram.com New Product drops, email promos, 2A news and suppressor info: https://swee.ps/lLlWMKifi Want Silencer information, Suppressor news, and 2A Pro Tips?
