Live Trading Desk | Review & Rev Up for the week ending July 24th and beginning July 27th, 2026. Three segments as always. (Might drop a day late thanks to an Elgato USB update, heads up if you use capture cards.) Recap: the daily failed the level and we spent the week sideways to down inside a shrinking megaphone, sellers in control, drawing on liquidity and selling it down. Then an A+ fractal trade from Friday, taught bottom up: find the price/VWAP/200 bow tie and the red-orange-paint rotation on the smallest timeframe (5 to 2 to 1 to the ten range) for the lowest-risk entry near 41, then add upward as the one, two and five minute confirm. Weekly topic: staying present, and the 80/20 rule. Roughly 80% of your winning trades come from 20% of your screen time. Prepare before the open, observe instead of forcing your opinion, cut the noise, and walk away when the plan is done. I trade 9:00 to 11:30, noon at the latest. More screen time is not better trading. Forward analysis: two things I am watching, sideways and volume. This is one big basing pattern and we know nothing until we reach the edges. External liquidity sits near 7190 to 7240, with a 6139 open crime scene beneath and 7897 above. Volume is decreasing as we drop, so I am reading VSA (effort vs result) to see if we are running out of sellers. If you think it cannot hit a level, put an order there. The strongest trade is sometimes no trade at all. Patience is control. ▶️ WATCH LIVE: Mon-Fri, 09:00 EST on YouTube (@LiveTradingDeskSageFT) and on X (@the_sageft).
