Die Herstellung ist auch ganz einfach, weil der softe Hefeteig bereits für das lockere Gebäck sorgt. Für das Brot braucht ihr keinen Backofen, da die Brote in der Pfanne gebacken werden. Bazlama ähnelt auch dem indischen Naan Brot, ist aber wie gesagt etwas lockerer und luftiger, kann zum herzhaften oder auch süßen Frühstück verzehrt werden. Ein Blitz-Brot fürs Frühstück.
