I’ll be sharing the amazing results of all the remedies everyday and you will see and feel the overall Skin transformation in every video 💕 DAY 6: Ok, so today is day 6, the final day of this series and what we are going to use today is flax seed gel which will not only lock all the good thing which we did in the last 5 days but also provide your skin necessary moisture, softness, glow and what not. Flaxseed gel hydrates the skin without making it greasy, which helps control oily skin and acne. Also, flaxseed gel makes your skin bright and improves the complexion. This gel tightens the skin and smooths out fine lines. I have shown two ways to use the flax seed gel and you can use any one of them which you like. 1st Method: - Grind the flaxseed and add hot water as shown in the video. - Wait for 5-10 mins. - Mix Rose water - Apply on face. - 15-20 mins 2nd Method: - Boil flax seeds and get the gel out if it. - Mix Honey when gel cool down a bit. - Apply on face -15-20mins Repeat this 3-4 times in a day. Another points to be kept in mind:- 1. Try to avoid using chemical based make up 2. Have lots of water and keep yourself hydrated 3. Consume salad and green vegetables & fresh juices. 4.
