Qualifying Service की Verification Employee की qualifying service और service record को समय-समय पर verify करना होगा। Service Book में कोई कमी, mismatch या discrepancy मिलने पर उसे समय रहते correct किया जाना चाहिए। 3. Retirement से 48 महीने पहले Special Review Retirement से करीब 4 साल पहले employee के: Pay Fixation Financial Upgradations Service Book Qualifying Service Emoluments की comprehensive verification की जानी है। इसका उद्देश्य retirement के समय अचानक बड़ी recovery या pension fixation dispute से बचना है। 4. Head of Office की Responsibility Pension papers Accounts Office भेजने से पहले Head of Office को service record, qualifying service और pay-related details verify करनी होंगी। यानी pension case केवल forward करना पर्याप्त नहीं होगा—records की correctness भी सुनिश्चित करनी होगी। 5. गलती मिले तो तुरंत Correction Internal audit या verification में कोई error मिलने पर उसे तत्काल correct करना होगा। साथ ही ऐसी गलती दोबारा न हो, इसके लिए corrective mechanism भी बनाया जाना है। 6. Departmental Monitoring सभी Ministries और Departments को audit तथा qualifying service verification की progress monitor करनी होगी, विशेषकर retirement के करीब पहुंच चुके employees के मामलों में। Defence, Railways, Paramilitary, Postal और अन्य departmental setups में संबंधित Ministries/Departments अपने applicable instructions के अनुसार आगे action ले सकते हैं। 7.
