The one honest claim (48 %) was beaten on all 16 charts, and that version still lost money. - Heikin Ashi trick: measured at Heikin Ashi prices (what a backtest on a Heikin Ashi chart sees), the 80% version jumps from +33.3R to +333.8R and 54 % wins. Those are averaged prices nobody can trade. - The same plain Chandelier Exit on Bitcoin: 5-minute +46.1R, 15-minute +9.8R, 30-minute +44.9R, 1-hour -0.7R. The "92% win rate" Short: Chandelier Exit 1 x 2, ZLSMA 130, Buy with price above the ZLSMA (Sell below), exit on the opposite signal, stop at the last swing. 3. The "300% profit" spreadsheet (TAstrategies): Heikin Ashi, Chandelier Exit 1 x 1.85 (close off), ZLSMA 75, Buy above the ZLSMA, stop at the swing, target 2R. 4. The 15-minute scalp (Daily Investments, "60 winners out of 100"): Heikin Ashi, buys only, a green candle crossing up through ZLSMA 32 after a Buy label, target 1.5R. 5. The "100x tested" 5-minute version (Daily Investments): Chandelier Exit 22 x 3, ZLSMA 50, exit on a ZLSMA close in profit or the opposite signal. 6. The Chandelier Exit alone (everget's defaults 22 x 3): every Buy and Sell, the line is the stop, out on the opposite signal. Good to know - Results are in R: 1R is the amount risked on a trade. - Every entry, stop and exit uses closed candles at real prices, even on a Heikin Ashi chart. When a candle touches both the stop and the target, the stop counts first. - No spread, commission or slippage is counted. - The script is an analysis tool.
