Pipe small flame-shaped dollops onto the oreo cookies and chill until firm. 3. In a saucepan, heat the sugar, ½ cup water, and corn syrup until melted and bubbling. 4. While it heats, bloom the gelatin in the remaining cold water. 5. Add the bloomed gelatin to the bowl of a stand mixer on low speed then slowly stream in the hot sugar syrup, increasing the speed when all the syrup is poured in.
