It’s also great for meal prep or bento boxes, so I hope you give it a try. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 【材料】（2人分） ・豚ロース 2枚 ・玉ねぎ 1/2個 ・小ネギ 1本 ・いりごま 大さじ1/2 ・醤油 大さじ2 ・みりん 大さじ2 ・酒 大さじ1 ・砂糖 大さじ1 ・酢 大さじ1 ・マヨネーズ 大さじ1 ・片栗粉 大さじ1.5 ・塩胡椒 適量 ・サラダ油 適量 【作り方】 1.豚肉にフォークで穴を開け1〜15cm幅に切る。 2.ボウルに入れマヨネーズをを揉み込み30分漬け込む。 3.玉ねぎを1cm弱の幅で切る。 4.小ネギを小口切りにする。 5.醤油・みりん・酒・砂糖を混ぜる。 6.②に塩胡椒と片栗粉をまぶす。 7.フライパンに油をひき、豚肉を1分ほど炒める。 8.玉ねぎを加え炒め、火が通ったらタレを加える。 9.タレがしっかり絡んだら、いりごま・酢を加え完成。 【ingredients】 ・2 Pork loin slices ・1/2 Onion ・1 Small green onion ・1/2 tbsp Roasted sesame seeds ・2 tbsp Soy sauce ・2 tbsp Mirin ・1 tbsp Sake ・1 tbsp Sugar ・1 tbsp Vinegar ・1 tbsp Mayonnaise ・1.5 tbsp Potato starch ・Salt and pepper ・Vegetable oil 【Instructions】 1. Pierce the pork with a fork and cut it into strips about 1–1.5 cm wide. 2. Place the pork in a bowl, massage in the mayonnaise, and let it marinate for 30 minutes. 3. Slice the onion into strips slightly less than 1 cm wide. 4. Finely chop the green onions. 5. Mix together the soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar. 6. Coat the marinated pork (from step 2) with salt, pepper, and potato starch. 7. Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté the pork for about 1 minute. 8. Add the onion and sauté; once cooked through, add the sauce mixture. 9.
