AirTag Stolen Truck Shooting https://bit.ly/2CHLudt Aye, you know how the saying goes, Ain't much fun when the rabbit has the gun. Well, in this case, the Airtag! Many people swear that self-defense shootings are so rare, but we in the gun community know they happen a lot, but the mainstream media barely cover the stories. So I decided to start this Defensive gun use series to make it easy to find these stores and to bring awareness to them, but the people who need to see these stories the most don't because we need you to like and share this story so that more people will see them. Criminals have been putting AirTags on people's cars to track and then steal the vehicle or rob the person when they follow them to their home. I've known about criminals doing this for a while, and I thought it was pretty clever, so much I started hiding AirTags on my cars, and I even some hidden on some of my guns. It's one thing to be alerted to someone trying to steal your car, and you come out at that moment and try to stop them; it's another thing to actively go out and search for the person who stole your car as the person in this video did, but, but, buuuuut, I understand it. The human in me is like, hell yeah, but the lawyer in me is like, yeah, don't do this, especially if you don't live in Texas. You see, Texas is one of few, if not the only state, that has a law that says you can use deadly force to protect property if there is no other way to protect or recapture the property, but it has to be at night, but that's not absolute. Cases like this are always determined on the facts of the specific case. Now, I'm not saying he shot this dude to defend his truck, he might have simply tried to get his vehicle back, and the guy who stole it might have threatened him with imminent danger of death or serious bodily injury, and he reasonably believed he was in that type of danger. I don't have enough facts to make that determination, but in most, if not all states, you can use non-deadly force to defend your property, and if the thief in response threatens to kill or hurt you badly you then you may be in a position to use deadly force. I say May because I'm not giving you legal advice because the facts determine everything, and the facts are different in every case. But as I said before, each state approaches this type of self-defense in its unique way, so it would be irresponsible for me to make blanket statements about what the LAW says in situations like this, but that's why I work with USCCA and why anyone who conceal carries or keeps a gun or some type of weapon at home for self-defense should look into getting a USCCA Membership. Because with a USCCA Membership, you don't just get access to self-defense insurance that would help you pay for any subsequent legal expenses you may incur from defending yourself; you also get access to attorneys in your area who can ask specific questions about the self-defense laws in your state. I think USCCA is the best, and they do offer my followers special FREE bonuses to become a member with a 365-day money-back guarantee. āž”ļø https://www.mrcolionnoir.com/go/uscca/ Join MY Exclusive 2A Advocacy Text List while AUTOMATICALLY being entered in our monthly 2A Giveaways āž”ļø https://bit.ly/3FFLHJi Let's Go Brandon Merchandise āž”ļø https://bit.ly/3EbcXP8 Get UnApologetically 2A Content In Short-Form On YouTube & Help Protect The Second Amendment āž”ļøhttps://www.youtube.com/colionnoirshorts?sub_confirmation=1 FREE BOOK - If I Only Had One Concealed Carry āž”ļø https://www.mrcolionnoir.com/start-here/ PRO 2A Message Hats In Trucker, Dad, Snapback & More āž”ļø https://shop.mrcolionnoir.com/collections/hats Looking to help further our Pro Constitution, Pro 2A message, donate below: https://www.MrColionNoir.com/donate/ UnApologetically 2A Content Content On Other Platforms: Twitter - https://twitter.com/mrcolionnoir Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/colionnoir/ Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/COLIONNOIR/ Gab - https://gab.com/ColionNoir Truth Social- https://truthsocial.com/@ColionNoir Youtube Shorts - https://youtube.com/colionnoirshorts?sub_confirmation=1 #2ANews #ColionNoir
