This was a very old clip but I saw it recomended to me as a recent clip in Japanese, and I thought it would be really fun to show just how thick her accent actually is usually. Of course, if you only watch TLd clips of Honma Himawari, you'll never know she even has a dialect. In fact, most of the Nijisanji members do, but everyone in Japan learns standard Tokyo dialect and uses it formally (or, they are supposed to. News reporters get special intonation training, etc). Most can switch off their dialect and only use it when other people in chat speak like them - actually, Dola here is also from Kansai but controls it, but Himawari just cannot. Some features of Kansai besides very different pitch/intonation is completely different words for desu/da (ya) souka (seya, which she said here) etc. There's a lot of slurring too and many substitute vocabularies.
