Salary Hike | DA Update त्योहारों का सीजन शुरू हो चुका है और इसी के साथ केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों और पेंशनभोगियों के लिए बड़ी खबर सामने आ रही है। 8वें वेतन आयोग को लेकर चल रही तैयारियों के बीच अब महंगाई भत्ते यानी DA और दिवाली बोनस को लेकर हलचल तेज हो गई है। खास बात ये है कि अगर सब कुछ तय प्रक्रिया के मुताबिक आगे बढ़ता है, तो दशहरा और दिवाली से पहले कर्मचारियों को एक नहीं, बल्कि दो बड़ी खुशखबरियां मिल सकती हैं। एक तरफ जुलाई 2026 से महंगाई भत्ते में 3 फीसदी बढ़ोतरी का आंकड़ा सामने आ चुका है, तो दूसरी तरफ कर्मचारी संगठन बोनस को लेकर सरकार से जल्द ऐलान की मांग कर रहे हैं। सबसे पहले बात करते हैं महंगाई भत्ते की। केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों का DA साल में दो बार, जनवरी और जुलाई से बढ़ाया जाता है। जुलाई 2026 से लागू होने वाले DA की गणना जनवरी से जून 2026 तक के AICPI-IW यानी औद्योगिक श्रमिकों के उपभोक्ता मूल्य सूचकांक के आंकड़ों के आधार पर की गई है। जून 2026 में CPI-IW का आंकड़ा 151.9 रहा। इन छह महीनों के आंकड़ों के आधार पर DA की गणना 63.78 फीसदी तक पहुंची है। सरकार की गणना व्यवस्था में दशमलव के बाद के हिस्से को छोड़ दिया जाता है, जिसके आधार पर DA की दर 63 फीसदी बैठती है। यानी मौजूदा 60 फीसदी DA के मुकाबले 3 फीसदी की बढ़ोतरी बनती है। अब इसे कर्मचारियों की जेब से जोड़कर समझिए। अगर 3 फीसदी की बढ़ोतरी को मंजूरी मिलती है और इसे 1 जुलाई 2026 से लागू किया जाता है, तो कर्मचारियों को जुलाई, अगस्त और सितंबर के तीन महीनों का एरियर भी मिल सकता है। यानी अक्टूबर की सैलरी के साथ अगर नया DA लागू होता है, तो तीन महीने का बकाया भी एक साथ मिलने की उम्मीद है। हालांकि, इसका वास्तविक भुगतान सरकार के आधिकारिक आदेश के बाद ही तय होगा। The festive season has begun, and with it comes important news for central government employees and pensioners.
