Lightly grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and heat over medium heat. 2. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt, and beat well. 3. Remove the seeds from half a medium tomato and cut it into small cubes. 4. Finely dice the cooked sausage or ham and add it to the egg mixture along with the tomato. Mix well. 5. Trim the corners of the six bread slices to create triangular pieces. 6. Pour the egg mixture into the preheated frying pan, spreading the ingredients evenly. 7. Sprinkle about 30 g of grated mozzarella over the egg mixture. 8. Arrange the triangular bread pieces across the surface of the eggs. 9. Cover the pan with a lid and cook until the egg mixture is set. 10. Carefully flip everything over with a spatula so the bread is facing down against the pan. 11. Sprinkle the remaining 100 g of grated mozzarella over the top. 12. Fold the omelet in half to create three double-layered toast sandwiches. 13. Cook until the bread is golden and crispy and the mozzarella has melted. 14. Transfer to a plate or cutting board, cut into portions, and serve hot. ●Enjoy your meal● ●Save the recipe● ●It's incredibly delicious and very simple!!!● Bon appetit!
