Physical media has been really struggling. Despite recent news that Gen-Z might be embracing DVD & Blu-rays, the reality is that sales for the medium is still declining. And video games are no different as 2025 saw a historic low for new physical game spending in the US. Add in the Game-Key Card Switch 2 games, and Crimson Desert shipping incomplete (which then internet bars the full game) and we've still got a pretty bleak outlook for the medium. I am hopeful we can turn things around, but we still have to find the bottom. And the reality is, we're not there yet.
