In this video, we’re going to talk about the hidden causes of upper back pain. After years of chiropractic practice, I discovered that not all upper back pain can be treated with chiropractic adjustments. Upper back pain is often referred pain, which means it’s coming from somewhere else in the body. Upper right shoulder pain is usually caused by a congested or irritated gallbladder. Gallbladder troubles stem from poor dietary choices. Keto and intermittent fasting can help support the gallbladder and provide upper back pain relief. If your upper back pain is specifically around the scapula, it may be related to the liver, which is also related to diet. If your pain is on the left side of your upper back, it’s coming from the pancreas or the stomach. If the pain is located lower in the center of the back, it is likely associated with the kidneys.
