A stunning no bake copycat of the most famous cheesecake at the Cheesecake Factory — Oreo crust, creamy Oreo cheesecake filling with whole Oreos hidden inside, Oreo cookie mousse, hot fudge layer and homemade whipped cream topped with standing Oreos. Six layers of pure indulgence without the hours of work. This is the finale of Copycat Restaurant Week — and that cross section slice showing all six layers is genuinely one of the most impressive dessert shots you'll make all summer. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - 3 packages Oreo cookies - Butter for crust - Cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, heavy cream for filling - Cool Whip for mousse - Store bought hot fudge sauce - Homemade whipped cream for topping #oreocheesecake #cheesecakefactory #copycatrecipes RECIPE — No Bake Oreo Dream Extreme Cheesecake Copycat Ingredients: • 3 packages Oreo cookies, divided • 6 tbsp butter, melted • 16 oz cream cheese, softened • ½ cup sour cream • ¾ cup powdered sugar • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 2.5 cups heavy whipping cream, divided • 4 tbsp powdered sugar for whipped cream, divided • 8 oz Cool Whip for mousse • 1 jar store bought hot fudge sauce, warmed Instructions: 1. Crush about 25 Oreos into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter. Press firmly into bottom of greased 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate 15 minutes. 2. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Whip 1.5 cups heavy cream with 2 tbsp powdered sugar to stiff peaks. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Fold in lots of crushed Oreos. 3. Pour half the filling over crust. Press a layer of whole Oreos across the surface. Pour remaining filling on top. Refrigerate 1 hour. 4. Fold crushed Oreos into Cool Whip. Spread evenly over cheesecake layer. 5. Warm hot fudge until pourable. Pour gently over mousse layer. Refrigerate 30 minutes. 6. Whip remaining heavy cream and powdered sugar to stiff peaks. Pipe around edges. Stand whole Oreos upright around edge. Scatter crushed Oreos on top. 7. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Slice with a warm sharp knife to reveal all six layers — that's your thumbnail. Tips: ★ You need about 3 packages of Oreos — buy extra just in case. ★ Hot fudge needs to be warm enough to pour but not hot or it melts the mousse.
