Blend all the ingredients together 2. Pour into a container 3. Freeze for about 3 hours, let sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before serving and enjoy! Blueberry Pie Ice Cream Ingredients for about 4 servings: 1 cup full fat Greek yogurt, 5 - 6% (250 g) 1/2 cup thawed frozen wild blueberries, drained to remove extra liquid (1.2 dl) 1/2 cup soaked cashews, roasted and unsalted (75 g) 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla paste/extract 1 teaspoon lemon zest 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom 1. Soak the cashews overnight or soak them in boiling water for 1 hour 2. Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth 3. Pour into a container.
