Did you know this in Helluva Boss? During season 3 episode 5 we learned alot about stolas and vassago, but in a crazy turn of events stella actually ended up getting the most love from fans after the episode. Let me explain. So the episode contained the most development and screentime for stella. There’s plenty of adorable scenes with her being cute or funny. One of my favourites being when vassago compliments her and she blushes, she’s adorable. We get to see moments of her backstory during the various flashbacks, seeing a younger version of her and what her early life with stolas was like. We see how controlling andre was, with stella coming to stolas for help because she isn’t allowed to pick the colours for her wedding. She also defends stolas when andre criticises his title. After the episode so many posts came out talking about stella with hundreds of thousands of likes, she’s really popular now. I think this episode really paints a different picture of what stella’s life is like. We never see her use any powers and know how andre treats her. So its quite possible that andre has been controlling her entire life, and has been a bad influence. Perhaps if stolas stood up for her more and andre was out of the picture, she would’ve had a far happier life. The last few episodes have really destroyed stolas’s reputation, he’s an unreliable narrator and we see him run off with vassago during his wedding. It shines a totally different light on their relationship. Stella is also a tragic character in general, being forced into marriage and to birth a child she didn’t want. Obviously she’s done alot of bad things, but it’s great that the show is showing us more of her story. It’s always really funny when the “villain” you’re meant to hate becomes more loved than the main characters. So what do you think? Are you a fan of stella?
