Hello All, So, here I am with this 6 days skin transformation challenge where I am going to fix dark, uneven and unhealthy skin tone to light, bright, soft healthy & Glowing skin. I’m using nothing but only natural remedies here and every skin type; be it oily, dry or combination, can follow this without any issues. So, if you are suffering from ACNE, DARK SPOT, PIMPLES, PIGMENTATION and whatever skin issue, forget everything and follow this transformation challenge to change your skin to a healthy and glowing one. I’ll be sharing the amazing results of all the remedies everyday and you will see and feel the overall Skin transformation in every video. DAY 1: Cleaning our Skin. Today we need to keep our skin absolutely clean throughout the day and follow practices that won’t harm or let any dirt accumulate on the pores. Thus the measures that needs to be followed is Multani mitti (fuller’s earth) and Milk. Fullers earth is an amazing thing to pick up just the right things out of your skin.. excess oil, sebum, dirt, deposits of the makeup etc. thus using it as a cleanser optimizes the skin to be back to it’s normal state and be clean and feel beautiful. Milk is an amazing dose of moisture and due to its high content of the fatty acids it’s amazing how it gently moisturizes and cleanses the skin. Sandalwood is something that soothes the skin from within the deep layers and makes it reach just the right suppleness. It’s amazing how soothingly it nourishes the skin and makes it glowing and fragrant. This blend is the best of its kind for cleaning the skin and making its pH balance be Perfect for any start. Remedy: take one tbsp of Multani Mitti add just the right quantity of milk to make paste Add pinch of sandalwood (optional) How to use: Apply generously all over the face and neck. Leave for 15-30 mins Keep it moist as dried pack might be irritating. Wipe off with a smooth cloth. Do it twice in the day. Another points to be kept in mind:- 1. Try to avoid using chemical based make up 2. Have lots of water and keep yourself hydrated 3. Consume dairy products milk, curd, buttermilk etc 4. Be very very positive 5. Avoid junk food.
