‼️HERE are the details on what I changed each time‼️: 1. I need to lengthen the shoulder straps- it feels like the entire bodice is being pulled too high. I also need to lengthen the Basque waist. The front point is not dramatic enough. There are also really bad draglines at the side bust area. 2. I STILL need to lengthen the Basque waist more. The entire waistline seems to be too high, and is not effectively lengthening my torso. The side bust draglines are also STILL there. I overcorrected the shoulder straps, so I need to shorten them AND rotate them inwards (they are falling off my shoulders). The bodice is too large for me as well, so I need to take it in about 1”. Lastly, I decided to remove the center back waistline point, and instead make a straight across waistline in the back. 3. I felt like the back princess seams angled in a strange way. I want to move/change those style lines so they don’t curve too far towards the center back. I also need to cut the center front pattern piece into two parts, for the gathered bust piece. 4. The only change I need to make is to lower the underbust by about 5/8”. Then it’s perfect! #sewing #halloweencostume #fashiondesigner
