The Florida Highway Patrol and Miami-Dade Police pursued Logan as she sped through the Palmetto Expressway, reaching speeds of 90 mph and driving recklessly. Dash cam footage shows her aggressive maneuvers and the chaos she caused, including multiple hit-and-run crashes. The chase reached its climax near the Northwest 25th Street off-ramp, where Logan crashed into several vehicles, leaving her car disabled and pinned against a concrete wall. But Logan wasn’t done yet, she jumped out of the car, climbed a concrete ledge, and dove into a nearby pond in a desperate attempt to escape. Despite refusing ropes thrown by officers, Logan was eventually rescued and arrested after a struggle in the water. Logan now faces multiple charges, including grand theft of a vehicle, two counts of battery on a police officer, fleeing and eluding police, leaving the scene of a crash, and resisting an officer.
