My unit (delivered May 15th, 2024) came with the newest bios 2.42 + EC 0.65 and fast boot was already off in the bios. If you don't have this version or newer, I've left the file link and a video guide at the bottom. This bios version fixes oculink related issues. Go into windows "Power Options", "System Settings" (Choose what to do what the Power buttons do) then click on "change settings that are currenly availble" to turn off fast startup.
