In this video, I cut out sugar from my diet except for natural sugars in low glycemic fruit. No high sugar fruit, no added sugars, and no sugar replacement sweeteners. No more gummy candy for me! After trying one week of no sugar using the miracle berry (see link below) it was highly requested that I try the no sugar challenge for one month. After just one week of no sugar, I had increased energy and an uplifted mood, so I was really curious to see what might happen over the course of one month without sugar. I couldn't believe the physical transformation that happened by making this one simple change to my diet. I didn't even realize my body was changing! I don't like to focus on weight, but I lost about 5 pounds. In the before and after pictures you'll see that I look a little puffier and inflamed in the before picture and more leaned out in the after picture. I highly encourage anyone to try out the no sugar challenge, even if it's just for a few days or a week. It can be tough at first but the benefits are worth it!
