So we have a new update in advance server and it's patch 1.4.70. First is the Yi Sun-shin revamp. It's not yet finished though. His skills are still unavailable. I tested him in practice mode but it's still the old one. Next is nerf on Karrie. They lowered her true damage from her passive skill by 1% of max HP. From 7 to 13% down to 6 to 12% max HP. They also added 0.5 seconds on the cooldown of her second skill. This nerf was kinda expected because many are banning her in ranked games. Next is the nerf on Ling. Previously, his passive skill gives him 30% critical chance right at the start of the game. Now they reduced it to 15%. Maybe he should start using the marksman talent because of this nerf. Next is the nerf on Silvanna. Her 1st skill will no longer grant movement speed bonus. Next is the buff on Lylia. They shortened the cooldown of her ultimate by 8 seconds at maximum level. Next is the adjustment on Badang. His 2nd skill now has a fixed cooldown of 10 seconds. This is good because previously it was 12.5 seconds at level 1. They reduced the damage of his ultimate skill by 30 points. So shorter cooldown for his 2nd skill but weaker damage for his ultimate. The new hero Lou Yi is adjusted. They removed the skill where she can change her state. She now only has three skills. Using a skill will switch the mark, just like this. Next are minor adjustments on Popol and Kupa. This is probably his final version before he comes to the original server. Necklace of Durance's price is reduced by 100 gold. They also reduced the cooldown reduction by 5% and its magic power by 5 points. Demon Hunter Sword's lifesteal is decreased. From 4% down to 3% per stack. From what I understand, it's a way to cancel the funnel strategy that is implemented in original server. If you kill the carry of the team, you will get more gold if your team is behind in gold. It will give your team a fighting chance against a well fed carry. I'll have to test this one out in real game for you to see how it works.
