Then add in the ½ ltr milk And cook on high flame till it boils And then cook in low flame for about 15 mins.. make sure you stire it in mid After it thickens.. add the remaining ½ ltr milk Boil it as well in low flame for 10 mins stiring in between Now add sugar, cardamom powder, and a pinch of salt Mix well Add dryfruits of your choice... Cook in low flame for another 5 mins, so that dry fruits also get soaked properly Your kheer is now ready.. serve it chilled Bcoz it taste delicious when cooled..
