Don't want to roll out the dough but still want to make something delicious? Then this recipe is for you! I promise you: no kneading the dough and, of course, no rolling it out! 2 onions. Finely chop (or blend in a blender). 500 g of ground meat. Green onions. Fresh parsley. Salt to taste. 1 tsp spice mix (coriander, paprika, dried savory). 1/3 tsp cumin. I added 2 tbsp of breadcrumbs, but this part wasn't shown in the video. Mix the meat until sticky, then pound it to remove excess air. Shape into small balls. Now, let's move on to the most interesting part! Add about 250–300 g of flour to a large bowl. Crack 1–2 eggs into another bowl. A pinch of salt. Mix well to prevent the egg white from becoming stringy and sticky. Coat the meatballs in flour. Shake off the excess flour. Step 2. Dip in the egg. Step 3. Coat in flour again after dipping in the egg mixture. Remove from the flour, shaking off the excess. Repeat these steps with all the meatballs. Step 4. Dip into cold water. Regular cold tap water. Step 5. Coat in flour again. Step 6. Dip into the water once again. Step 7. Remove from the water and coat in flour again. This is enough for me. If you want a thicker coating, you can repeat the process with water and flour. Add 1 tbsp of salt to the boiling water. A little vegetable oil. Shake off the excess flour. Cook for 10–15 minutes at a gentle boil. Once they’re cooked, they’ll float to the surface. I damaged the first batch with the strainer, leaving marks on the dough. So, I'll take the next batch out by hand to keep the dough smooth. Don't forget to stir them so they don't stick together. Strong green tea is the perfect drink to enjoy with this dish! Top with pieces of butter. Sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired. Serve with sour cream. Be sure to try this recipe! You’ll be pleasantly surprised by the result. Look how juicy it turned out on the inside! I’d love to hear your thoughts on this dish! Thank you for watching!
