Step 2: Prepare the Cutlet Mixture Take the soaked sabudana in a bowl. Add 3β4 boiled and mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes. Add crushed peanuts, chopped green chillies, cashews, raisins, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder and fresh coriander leaves. Mix everything well until the mixture holds together. Step 3: Shape the Cutlets Grease your palms lightly with ghee and shape the mixture into small, round, flat cutlets. Step 4: Air Fry Preheat the air fryer if your model requires it. Arrange the cutlets in the basket, leaving a little space between them. Brush them lightly with ghee. Air fry at 180Β°C for 15β20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cutlets are golden and crispy. Cooking time may vary depending on their thickness and your air fryer. Step 5: Prepare the Coriander Chutney Add coriander leaves, green chilli, paneer, curd, salt, black salt (if permitted), cumin powder, lemon juice and a little water to a blender. Blend everything into a smooth chutney. Adjust the consistency with a little more water if needed. Step 6: Serve and Enjoy!
