If you want to build a body and stay healthy but don't have money to go to the gym or are afraid of going to the gym, then there are five to six easy home exercises which are scientifically proven and can help you stay young and live a long life. First is farmer's carry. You have to walk straight with equal weight in both hands. Just like farmers walk holding things in their hands, you just have to walk like that. Second is dead hang. You will find a pipe inside the gym. There are public parks, you will find a pipe above them. Hang on to it. Hanging corrects your body posture and strengthens the back. Third is hip bridge. Lie down straight, then bend your knees and raise your hips and hold for a while. This has a very good impact on your abdomen and back and especially your hips. Fourth is stair steps. People go to the gym but if the gym is on the third or fourth floor, they go by lift. They climb stairs which strengthens your thighs. The problem is in people's legs because people don't walk at all and sit all day. The fifth is plank. Whoever is working on abs, working on showing abdominal muscles, plank is a God gift exercise for him and the sixth and last exercise is squats. When children were punished in school, what kind of punishment was given to them? Hold the ears and do sit-ups. People think that I have been punished, but it is not a punishment because holding the ears sharpens the mind and doing sit-ups corrects the posture of the body. Squats are such a good exercise. So these are simple six exercises that you can do sitting at home. Repeat them at least six times every week. Divide them into different segments. I will do these exercises today on Monday, two on Tuesday, two on Wednesday. In this way, half the week passes, six exercises are done, then repeat. In this way, if you do it by dividing it, then this is the best exercise for you and your body without going to the gym! 👉For Business Inquiries Contact Us At :- Email I'd - " [email protected] " ✅INSTAGRAM : @arvind.aroraj ✅ FACEBOOK PAGE : A2 motivation Arvind Arora ✅ TWITTER : @ArorajArvind ✅Arvind Arora Show Instagram : @thearvindarora.show Please Note :- Some of the pics and footages are not real and not related to content and only used for related visualization purposes.
