!!! PLEASE READ !!! #undertale #reallyreallyfast I know this strays from my usual content, but I just wanted to pay tribute to one of my favorite games of all time (and one of my favorite animators and summary serials as well, Viva Reverie's But Really Really Fast) as today is Undertale's 5th anniversary! Wanted to put this here so that I don't have to continue explaining things: To everyone saying "this should get more views," thank you, I'm super flattered that you guys think this is cool, but I really feel the need to emphasize that this style IS NOT MINE! I did the voice acting, the art, the animation, etc. But the art style and the series "But Really Really Fast" belongs to Viva Reverie (https://www.youtube.com/user/IMMATOONLINK). I had a huge moral debate on whether to upload this or not, since I didn't want to leech off of someone else's popularity and unintentionally "steal" (for lack of a better term) someone's art style. In the end, I chose to because A) I worked hard on it, and B) I just wanted to pay tribute to one of my favorite games of all time. I said this in the description, but I briefly talked to her on Twitter and she sounded cool with it, so I ended up doing it. TL;DR: I didn't do this for views, popularity, or attention. I did it for fun. Still, I'm glad you all like it! I just wouldn't do this again because I don't want to take every ounce of credit (on the off chance that this ends up popping off) from someone cool who was also my inspiration for this. That's all. And another one: I saw this video really blew up over night, which I should be really proud of and happy about. But I feel kind of dirty about the whole thing. This video was made to pay homage to one of my favorite YT animators and summary serials, and I'm glad so many people like it. But I don't want to popularize the idea that this should all become a mainstream thing to do, and I CERTAINLY don't want to take away from the original creator of the series. Here are a few reasons why I feel bad about this: 1. It's not my original concept While I did pretty much everything in the video to bring this thing to life, I will admit to--lack for a better word--tracing. In defense of myself, it was pretty much the only way to make it look authentic, but it really takes away from the whole creative vibe of this. And I feel pretty bad and dirty about it. Plus the whole idea of BRRF is Viva's and I basically took that and ran with it. 2. This isn't my normal content This is a one-off that I didn't even originally plan to put on YouTube. I just needed to put it somewhere where it was available for people to see. I didn't even care for views. I did this for fun, and I wanted to pay homage to one of my favorite games of all time on its anniversary. But for the reason stated above, I refuse to make more of these. So if you've subscribed because you want to see more, sorry. 3. I don't want to overshadow (or help overshadow, for that matter) the OG creator I know, this sounds a little egotistical, but it could happen. While I'm happy about how this turned out, and again, I'm glad you all enjoy it, I don't want it to become a sort of meme. I know what you're thinking, the OG videos were made as a meme originally, but what I'm saying is I don't want it to become a mainstream thing, like a thing that anyone and everyone makes. I know it would probably be only a matter of time before it would happen, but I would HATE to be the one to start it. BRRF was Viva's thing, and for as long as possible I want it to stay her thing. Not to mention... 4. This is not who I want to be remembered as My main thing is doing Minecraft mod reviews now. And since Minecraft-related content is something I've been doing for years, I would prefer to be known on this website for that. It's a fun experience having something funny you made for the sake of it being funny and interesting. But when it's not really your joke, it feels a lot less fulfilling. You know what I mean? It leaves a bad taste in your mouth. It's not a good feeling. Anyways, I'm still happy that you're happy. I definitely don't feel like I deserve any of the nice comments I'm getting, but thanks anyways. I put these two comments here so that I can remove them from the comment section, and so that people who read the description can read the disclaimers.
