Roland Martin speaks with Education Policy Expert and Researcher Dr. Brittani Williams about how the proposed rule would work, which programs could be affected, and why she believes it could disproportionately impact the Black community. Williams cuts through the administration's defense that it is not banning degree programs: “They aren't banning the programs.
