For CONTEXT of what I was saying at the end: I started playing this again for the first time in weeks last night and I was only recording with this clipping software I use called Medal. I played from 0 for 6 attempts and then at the end of the sync part, my alarm went off that I have every day at 11PM to tell me to go to bed. So I tabbed out of the game to stop it but the issue that I thought I had caused was that, sometimes when clipping with Medal, when you tab out of your game, it puts something else on your screen other than the actual game and I thought it was going to do this in the recording clip if I beat it that attempt, so I had way less nerves than I usually had at the secret way part. Then, in assistance of that I suppose, I was able to beat it after 24 deaths to the secret way. As seen by what I said in the video, I thought I was going to have to rebeat the level, which by the way I was NOT very happy with, as this is genuinely the WORST level I have ever played in the game. But getting back on topic, after I checked the recording on the clip, I noticed that the extra thing did not get put on my screen in the recording and it instead was simply the game paused normally, which THANKFULLY allows the run to be able to be proven legit - as if another screen came up in the recording over the game recording on Medal, there would be no way of knowing if I made a cut or not. But THANKFULLY Medal did NOT do that. Anyways, here's my thoughts on this level: XO is the worst level I have EVER played. I've never played a level so bad where I physically could not bear playing it alone for more than 20-30 minutes. This led to me dropping the level temporarily ~5 separate times from November to now. Now for why this level is so bad, first of all, it is unbelievably boring. A big reason for this is that the first 3% is the hardest part of the normal level by miles. And primarily, I am talking about the green dash orb at 3%. This click is SO BAD & SO ANNOYING to die to over and over again from 0% before you finally pass it once until you die to something shortly after it from 3-8%, which is another really bad section. And then everything else in the level up until 31% isn't even that bad, but it is just incredibly gimmicky & strange, and definitely not my skillset. Then comes the dual ship at 31% which is unbelievable annoying as if you enter it wrong the dual ships aren't aligned properly, and also this part was just a big chokepoint in general regardless of that bug. The sync part right after at 33% should be unbelievably bad, but thankfully I found an exploit to make it really easy by instantly buffer clicking every blue orb so I wouldn't have to do the actual sync clicks, which doing the actual sync clicks is unbelievably terrible as sometimes you misalign your cube and you physically can't click a future orb because of how you aligned yourself. Because of this method I used, I didn't die here very often, only 12 times in total. Then for 42-56%, this section is way easier compared to other parts and it gets much more consistent than others. This part is still weird and gimmicky so unfortunately it is always possible to die to it in some weird way. For the dark corridor part at 56%, this part is easy except for the dash orb at 57%, which I took an unconventional route to do. I died to this click 9 times & it was super frustrating to die to as it is so close to an attempt to the secret way just for you to die to that annoying green dash orb. Then comes the second drop at 61%. 61-79 is the only part of the level that is actually good and fun, but for me the level basically ends at 68-69% because I was taking the secret way. Dying to this wave before the secret way was super annoying though (which happened 4 times) as I'm literally right there. Then comes the secret way which was very inconsistently consistent. I died to it 26 times before finally passing it yesterday on Pi Day, 3/14/26. Thank GOD it is finally over. By the way one last point, in my opinion this level is UNBELIEVABLY UNDERRATED ON ITS OWN. THIS IS 342 on AREDL right now, but I THINK IT SHOULD BE 152-183 (CRIMSON PLANET TO AMALGAM DIFFICULTY). When I started it November I thought it was LIST. And with the secret way, this was DEFINITELY harder than Aerial Gleam, but honestly it should probably place around ~113.
