The final track. There is in fact a re-issue of this album containing a bonus track, the credits theme to the game Doshin the Giant. I don't have that version, unfortunately, though you aren't missing much: the credits theme is just a dissonant mess of SE and bells and drums. Whenever I listen to this track, I think about the album cover. It's a really cool album cover, to start: gives a good glimpse at the soundscapes one will be hearing, and it's utterly lush in every manner--heck, I'd love to live there, wherever this magical locale could be. The track starts with birds singing (the rise of morning), followed by the establishment of the melody on guitar. Despite being a relatively short piece, the SE keeps building until we get to an interlude by an edited trumpet, and then back to the final melody. While the piece isn't considerably complex, it does it's job perfectly and provides a fitting end to a downtempo album. This album suffers from an overall lack of consistency. We have 4 great tracks at the beginning, followed by a constant shift between well-developed pieces and stuff that modern art buffs would appreciate the most. It tells me Tatsuhiko simply didn't want to flesh out the album the way it could have been, instead simply sticking a few short, relatively developed pieces in the latter half among a bunch of experimental stuff often just snipped from the game and used as a way to say "this is a soundtrack". Despite that, getting this very rare album is more than worth all of the extra crap, considering its rarity and the quality of at least half the album.
