Let's find out if they actually work—or if you’re wasting your money. We ran controlled lab testing on: Lubricity (ASTM D6079) Cetane number (ASTM D613) Fuel cleanliness (ISO particle count) Then we added a surprise candidate - Premium Diesel Fuel. Let's see the results! All of these products improved the lubricity of the fuel, but not all of them increased the cetane of the diesel fuel. Some brought along unwanted tradeoffs for that performance enhancement. In the end, the results made it clear that not all diesel fuel additives are created equal.
