After years of jumping between Notion, Apple Notes, and every productivity app on iPhone, iPad, and Android, I finally built the system I actually wanted, and I built it myself in Claude Code. The problem was never the tools. They're great. The problem is friction. Getting information INTO a system is what always made me abandon it, and no tool tied together everything I have to manage: YouTube videos, client websites, marketing campaigns, my businesses, my family, and everything in between. So I built one app that does all of it. In this video I walk through the whole thing: - Frictionless capture from my Apple Watch, iPhone, and desktop using voice and text (AI cleans it up and files it for me) - A Today dashboard with my top 3 tasks, Google Calendar sync, and a "slipping" view that flags anything I've let sit too long - Separate routines and streak tracking so my daily habits aren't buried in my task list - Real project management that finally handles BOTH one-time projects and ongoing monthly retainers - A content pipeline for tracking videos and articles from idea to published - A personal CRM for remembering what matters about the people in my life - A library for notes, journal entries, book highlights, and quotes, all searchable and able to resurface on their own - Push notifications, global search, and a built-in AI chat that answers questions from everything in my system I also break down exactly how I built it: starting with a conversation in Claude, turning it into a spec document, designing it in Claude Design, then building and shipping it with Claude Code. It's hosted as a Node.js app with a Supabase database, accessible from any device. This wasn't one click and ship, but in a couple of days I had a system that was impossible to build with any other tool and still have it stay out of my way.
