Restoring a Vintage Pinarello Prestige S Steel Road Bike Pinarello was founded in 1952 by Giovanni Pinarello, a former professional cyclist, and the Prestige S shows the craftsmanship the Treviso brand became known for. In this video I restore a 1984s Pinarello Prestige S, a classic Italian steel road bike with a 53 cm frame, and bring it back to its original character. The bike is equipped with a full Campagnolo Super Record 2x6 groupset, including the Super Record shifters, front derailleur, brakes and crankset. Other period-correct parts include Ambrosio Montreal Durex rims on Campagnolo Record hubs, a 3ttt stem and Pinarello Panto shifters, a San Marco Concor Superleggera saddle, a Nisi Sludi seatpost, and Campagnolo pedals with Pinarello toe clips.
