Since this song is a love song, about the Simple Things in life, we decided to kick of the vlogs talking about how some of those simple things that mean the world to us. Today's video is about how much we LOVE spending time together as sisters. Brooklyn and I are best friends, in every sense of the word, and wouldn't know what to do without each other! Not only is she fun to be around, but she is a great listener, and can relate to me in ways that nobody can. Even over the rest of our family! She feels the same way about me. We get up at 5:30 in mornings, for Seminary (bible study), which is not far from our high school. This is a time before most people are out and about, and we LOVE seeing the sunrises and how beautiful this early can be that early in the morning. We then head to Drill Team practice before schools starts, but sometimes we have an hour extra, so Brooklyn and I will sit in our car and just talk. About ANYTHING! We talk about life, boys, school, family, all of you, and pretty much anything! These are some of the BEST conversations we have, uninterrupted sister time! Remember, "Simple Things" is song #2, so... we still have yet to announce the release song #3, which is a Girl Power ballad, coming soon! We are headed to LA this weekend to film both music videos for these two songs, and we are excited for you to see those, too! We love pop music, and I guess you can call us indie artists, since we are writing our own music with an LA producer, but without a music label behind. We don't need one, because we have all of you!
