关于日本经济陷入失落的原因，广场协议也好，海湾战争也罢，早已是老生常谈。 国内主流舆论则更热衷解读为是日本政府的“政策失误”。 大部分人总幻想政府能制定出完美解决问题的政策，然而经济政策并不是简单的选择题，因为旨在解决一个问题的政策往往会加剧另一个问题。 当一个政府不惜代价地制造一个巨大的问题，通常意味着，另一个更致命的系统性问题，已经被悄然解决了。 大家尤其应该认识到，所谓贫富只是一种结构，所以全民致富只存在于口号之中，所谓带领全民致富的政策，大部分都是国家进行资源腾挪的工具。而不小心带领全民“返贫”的政策，也只是对财富结构的深度清洗。 泡沫让大量民间资本浮出水面，政府便可“顺势”收割上了杠杆的群体，扶持它想扶持的群体。 制造泡沫，是引蛇出洞，让民间资本主动进场； 戳破泡沫，是大浪淘沙，把落后产业、不够机灵的投资者一网打尽。 这里面机灵的人早就在牛市顶峰之时套现离场，而不够机灵的人就只能“失落”了，所幸日本政府提前扶持了色情产业，让人只是失落，不至于寂寞。
