If you escape from jail by rolling doubles you immediately move out of jail the number you just rolled. You do not however get an extra turn. If you don’t get out after three turns whatever number you rolled on the third turn is the number you move. When selling property to other players, you can’t sell properties from a color group that has any houses or hotels. If you have such laden properties and want to sell one or more of them. First sell all improvements back to the bank at half the price you purchased them for. Houses are sold back in order of their purchase. Hotels can be sold back as the hotel or as 5 houses. If mortgaging a property with the bank, all improvements must first be sold back to the bank at half price and you don’t get them back after un-mortgaging the property. If a player goes bankrupt to the bank all of their properties are immediately auctioned by the banker. The buyer pays the 10% mortgage penalties to the back even if they don’t un-mortgage the property that turn.
